Government filing fees are additional and paid separately (MC $300 + UCR based on fleet size + BOC-3 agent ~$40).
$69 Carrier Paperwork Review
We check your DOT, MC, UCR, and MCS‑150 records and tell you exactly what you need (or don't need) based on how you operate. If everything looks good, you're done at $69. If you hire us for any filing, we credit that $69 toward your service.

Individual Services
New USDOT Number – $159
First‑time USDOT application for new carriers. We complete the application, submit it, and confirm your number is active.
No government fee for USDOT registration.
New MC Operating Authority – $179
Federal Motor Carrier (MC) authority application for interstate carriers. Required if you haul freight across state lines.
Government filing fee ($300) is additional and paid separately.
UCR Registration & Renewal – $99
Annual Unified Carrier Registration filing. We handle the forms and make sure your fleet size and year are correct so you don't overpay or underpay.
Government UCR fee is additional (typically $46–$250+ depending on fleet size) and paid separately.
BOC‑3 Process Agent Filing – $79
Required process agent designation for interstate authority. We coordinate with a trusted process agent and file it correctly with FMCSA.
Process agent annual fee (typically $30–$50) is additional and paid separately.
MCS‑150 / Biennial Update – $79
Required every 2 years to keep your USDOT active. We update your carrier records and submit on time so you avoid penalties.
No government fee for MCS‑150 updates.
Update your DOT and MC records when your business address changes. Keeps your authority current and avoids compliance issues.
No government fee for address changes.
Address Change – $99
USDOT Lost PIN Replacement – $69
This service is only needed if the PIN is lost or missing – you do not pay this when signing up for your new USDOT or authority package.
Operating Authority Transfer – $179
Transfer authority when ownership or business structure changes (same company, new owner or entity type).
Government transfer fees (if any) are additional and paid separately.
DOT/MC Reinstatement – $179
Reinstate authority when the problem is a missed UCR, MCS‑150, or other filing—not safety violations. We identify the issue, fix it, and file for reinstatement.
Government reinstatement fees (if any) are additional and paid separately.
SCAC Code Application – $99
Standard Carrier Alpha Code for carriers who need it for EDI and tracking systems. We apply and get your code issued.
Government SCAC application fee is additional and paid separately.
SCAC Code Renewal – $99
SCAC Code Reinstatement – $169
Reinstate an expired or inactive SCAC code.
Government SCAC reinstatement fee is additional and paid separately.
Renew your SCAC code to keep it active.
Government SCAC renewal fee is additional and paid separately.
Broker Carrier Packet Completion – $10 per packet
We fill out broker onboarding packets for you (insurance certificates, W-9, authority verification, bank details, etc.) so you can start hauling loads faster.
Based on information you provide. Does not include obtaining insurance certificates or other third-party documents.
LLC Formation for Carriers
Set up a LLC to protect your personal assets and separate your trucking business from personal liability. Handled through our sister service, LLCFormationNY.com.
